A HIGHER EDUCATION DIPLOMA IN FOOD INDUSTRY AND NUTRITION MANAGEMENT PROVIDES THE GRADUATE WITH THE FOLLOWING CORE COMPETENCES:
- Knowledge and optimisation of technologies and processes in the production of meat, milk, dairy products and foodstuffs, as well as control of the rational utilisation of working resources and raw materials and the use of environmentally friendly technology.
- Knowledge of healthy, balanced, functional, alternative and protective diets and menus for different categories and target groups of the healthy population,
- The application of the principles of healthy eating and alternative diets.
- Acquiring expertise and competence in the legality of business operations and basic pricing rules, and analysing business performance.
- The use of digital business, e-commerce and digital marketing technologies.
